In addition to couples therapy, The Couples Clinic also provides clinical counselling services for individuals. Therapeutic interventions delivered by our experienced psychologists include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Rational-Emotive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Mindfulness, Solution-Focused interventions, and Interpersonal Therapy. Not only do we support individuals to improve their interpersonal relationships, we also treat individuals who are experiencing:

It can be common that one’s partner may be unwilling to engage in couples therapy. Whilst it is advantageous to have both members of a couple present for counselling, seeing an individual for couple’s therapy is still beneficial. Many individuals engage The Couples Clinic as a means of improving their insight and understanding, personal behaviour and communication patterns within their relationship.
